The White House Grocery Press was founded in 2006 and occupies a 1913 corner-store that once operated as the "White House Grocery and Meats." The market once served Portland Oregon's Richmond Neighborhood on S.E. 47th avenue between Hawthorne Boulevard and Lincoln Street. The Press also serves world readers with "Kayaks of Greenland" by Harvey Golden (2006). |
